You will put the customer first, monitor the competitive landscape, understand our technical capabilities, and champion differentiating user experiences.Your responsibilities will include:Develop a deep understanding of business strategy & priorities for Aetna's Medicare businessInterpret user research, behavioral data, and competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and new digital opportunities and as appropriate creating business cases to supportEstablish a digital roadmap of new site changes and functionality that articulates, prioritizes and timelines high-impact digital initiatives for Medicare line of businessBuilding executive facing materials with clear storytellingWork with partners in design, technology, product, and operations to establish requirements and deliver within framework of a content management systemIdentify success criteria, track performance and report out on new digital initiatives in-market to inform future opportunitiesBe the Product Owner for the Agile Scrum team of designers, copy and digital content managementLead end-to-end project management, from concept development to post-launch analysisMeet all control requirements to ensure successful, compliant product launchWant to meet us in person?
