Job DescriptionEligible candidates will live in CA, NV, NM, TX, AZ, CO, MT, OK, UT, or WYAs a Manager of Clinical Nursing Services for Omnicare, you will be leading a team of nurses in the long term care setting, without the shift work of bedside nursing. The remote, multi-state nursing team you lead will assist long term facilities maintain their pharmacy services systems such as medication carts and medication storage and educate facility staff on long term care regulations and infusion services. In addition, you will be collaborating with key stakeholders as a clinical liaison for projects and simplifying processes for both our customers and colleagues. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will have the opportunity to impact our business in the following ways: Manage the performance of a remote team of nurses in multiple states to achieve department goals and drive revenue while maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Coach and develop nurse team including recruiting, hiring, training, and engagement of team to deliver on department goals Ensure the clinical nurse team achieves maximum scope and reach utilization, with an emphasis on cost efficiency and expense management Build strong client relationships and foster the same for your nursing ream by consistently delivering client interactions that develop trust and show value Operate with strong business acumen and industry knowledge, remaining conscious of industry trends, regulatory compliance, and the clinical education needs of our clients Promote Omnicare Infusion Services with your team and customers, including utilization of our infusion education programs, support tools, and programs Manage critical projects and processes Provide support in resolution of complex issues and request as well as assist in assessment of client needs to expand current offeringsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 82,000Maximum: 176,800Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Registered Nurse with current unrestricted license in state of residence, additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas Candidate must reside in one of the following states: CA, NV, NM, TX, AZ, CO, MT, OK, UT, WY At least 5 years of clinical experience; 3 years of long term care experience Experience leading remote teams is ideal Ability to travel, up to 25%, when requiredNotwithstanding the language in the below COVID Requirements section that references exemption from the vaccine requirement for medical or religious reasons, successful candidates for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to their start date.
