Job DescriptionWe are looking for CSR to work 11:30 to 8 Eastern time, it can be in any part of the country, as full time work at home, but, must cover the eastern time shift.Customer Service that take inbound calls, and makes out bound calls. Learning 3 products. Speaking with Providers, members, clients, payers, brokers as our customersPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 17.00Maximum: 27.16Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsAble to multi task. Type accurately, while on the phone with the customer.
