Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant will provide executive level support to one or more VP level leaders that will assist in organizing critical execution of executive level initiatives implemented. The position will support the Vice President of Medicaid Care Management initially.This is a fast-paced environment and requires a professional who has initiative and strong judgment; in addition, they are well-organized, efficient, and adaptable with a strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.Maintaining / managing calendars, meeting arrangements, and conference calls; resolving scheduling conflictsHandling executives' requests and queries appropriately and in a timely manner. Creating and sending Department Communications on Behalf of the VP and Executive Leadership. Sounding board, confidant and conduit to keep the executive well informed and help facilitate his/hers decision makingMay attend senior level meetings to take notes and follow-up on outstanding agenda items. Monitors status of delegated items to ensure closure.Assist in document management, compilation, distribution and storage Providing organization support including presentation development (PowerPoint), database management (Excel), limited project management and other tasks as needed; completing other duties as assigned Preparing and maintaining expense reports, receiving and processing invoices / purchase orders, setting up vendors (where appropriate) and ensuring timely paymentAssisting with planning and scheduling meetings / special events for staff; Arranging travel accommodations for the VP.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 19.50Maximum: 40.10Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications5 or more years of administrative support experience 5 years demonstrated Microsoft Office tools experience - Demonstrated proficiency in Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.High level of organizational, prioritization, and project management skillsProven communication skills Experience in travel planningPreferred QualificationsStrong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
