Here, colleagues work not only within our organization but across the CVS Health matrix, acting as one team to achieve our goals, deliver solutions and transform the future.The Regional Research Site Senior Manager (RSSM) with CVS Clinical Trial Services will lead all study related site activities for a geographically diverse area of 15-20 clinical trial locations within a designated region. What you'll do: Partner cross-functionally with the Head of Site Nursing, Head of Clinical Research Coordination (CRC) and Head of Research Pharmacy (RPh) to ensure all site resourcing needs are met, ensure on-time delivery of study protocol requirements and milestones; and ensure operational excellence. Lead local marketing and recruitment efforts for assigned region. This role will be required to identify and develop growth and development opportunities and strategies at the market and clinic level and work with the recruiting team, project management and local field management to implement those strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the MinuteClinic, Clinical Trial Services, and CVS retail field management teams. Review and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth, improvement, and enhancement.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
