A well-established regional hospital is currently in search of a proficient ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join its esteemed critical care team. As an integral part of the team, you will deliver top-notch bedside care to high-acuity patients while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for critically ill individuals. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of critically ill patients and monitor any changes in their condition. Develop and execute personalized care plans in coordination with physicians, patients, and their families. Administer direct ICU bedside care following physician directives and nursing protocols. Monitor diagnostics, laboratory results, and vital signs, promptly reporting any deviations from the norm. Evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary. Precisely document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies and recovery projections. Support quality enhancement endeavors and assist in mentoring or training new staff members when required. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or a compact license. Mandatory possession of BLS and ACLS certifications. Prior experience in ICU bedside nursing.
