We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis in Venice, FL. In this role, you will provide essential therapy services to a diverse patient population supporting individuals recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, and improving daily living skills and independence. Key Responsibilities Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients physical, cognitive, and functional needs.Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with achievable, meaningful goals.Intervention: Provide therapeutic interventions to support independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, adaptive strategies, and assistive devices.Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.Consistency of Care: Provide ongoing, consistent therapy services as part of a full-time care team to support patient progress and outcomes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Occupational Therapy.Licensure: Active Florida OT license.Experience: Prior clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome.Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation abilities.Attributes: Compassionate, adaptable, and patient-centered.
