About the POSITION General Dentist needed in Cullman, AL Graduated from an accredited school Must be able to obtain Alabama Licensure Clean record (nothing that will hinder ability to practice i.e revoked or suspended license, CSC or DEA) Must have CSC and DEA (because he or she will have to write prescriptions) CPR Certified Full-time Monday -Friday (8am to 5pm) See some children (Most will go to a pediatric dentist) Currently working or previously worked on an electronic patient management system (we are on Epic) Must be computer literate (We do not have scribes) See 20+ patients per/day (Walk-ins/Appointments) Must be able to obtain Medicare, BC, and Medicaid numbers May have to work at another location within the Quality of Life Network About the COMP & BENEFITS:Salaried PositionAs long as they are meeting the daily patient goal discussed and given by the Dental director (which varies from site to site) their salary is not tied to production.Minimum 3-year contract, 6 months probationary period15 Vacation Days5 Sick Days5 CME Days1200 CME allowance10 HolidaysMedical/Dental/VisionTerm Life InsuranceLTD AD Insurance401KMoving Expenses
