Ref(LF72) Inpatient Physical Therapist Full-Time (Day Shift, M F with Rotating Weekends) Coastal New England Island Overview We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in a close-knit island community off the coast of New England. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule (8:00 AM 4:30 PM) with rotating weekend and holiday coverage. To help with relocation, a 6-month housing stipend is available for those moving to the area. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based physical therapy for patients in an inpatient setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize recovery outcomes. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress accurately and meet compliance standards. Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and mobility techniques. Qualifications Licensed (or eligible) as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts. Experience in inpatient, acute care, or hospital-based therapy preferred.
