Coverage includes 33 ORs in the main OR, 16 offsite anesthesia locations, 12 outpatient surgery ORs, and 3 4 stand-alone GI center rooms.Hospital bed size: 600Skills required: All CRNA scopes of practiceCases not included: open heart/thoracic, pediatrics, obstetrics, and performing peripheral nerve blocksPractice Setting:Inpatient & OutpatientEMR:EpicRequirements:Ask if the candidate has worked or gone to school at the facility and include on presentationACLS & BLS certifications must be valid and completed through the AHAPlease provide 2 full references or contact info for 2 references with submittalMust have COVID & Flu Vaccine (no exemptions)Board Certification: RequiredLicense required: VirginiaDEA: Not requiredMinimum experience: 2 years required; preferably academic background and Level 1 or 2 trauma experience.
