Located in northeastern Colorado, just 90 minutes from Denver and Fort Collins, Sterling offers small-town living with easy access to urban amenities. We're seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. You'll care for patients of all ages, deliver preventative services, and perform routine procedures, all while working closely with a collaborative clinical team. Position Details: Full-time, outpatient position at a Rural Health Clinic (RHC) Establish your own patient panel while accepting walk-ins and same-day visits 36 patient contact hours per week with dedicated administrative time Dedicated MA/LPN support On-site lab services available Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM Saturday, 8 AM - 12 PM (Saturday rotation approximately once per month) No call required Essential Functions and Requirements: Provide care for patients of all ages, including walk-in visits and well-woman exams (non-obstetric) Perform routine procedures and manage diverse primary care cases Collaborate with a supportive clinical team Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education DEA with prescriptive authority required FNP or PA designation with Colorado license eligibility Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment Banner Health offers a competitive salary along with an industry-leading benefits package that provides security for you and your family, including: Competitive salary: $120,000 - $145,000 (dependent on experience) Annual performance bonus and incentives Sign-on bonus CME allowance and paid time off Robust medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage Benefits coverage eligible within 30 days Financial wellness resources Career advancement opportunities and optimal work/life balance Employee discounts A culture focused on the well-being of our providers and excellent patient care Why Sterling & Rural Practice?
