Residents enjoy riverfront parks, thriving arts and music scenes, and easy access to Atlanta, Columbia, and Savannah.Position OverviewPractice Schedule:Preferred: Full-time (4 days/week): Monday Thursday or Tuesday FridayConsidered: Part-time (2 3 days/week) depending on candidate availabilityIdeal Candidate Profile:Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferredStrong diagnostic and technical skillsComfortable performing both nonsurgical and microsurgical endodonticsExcellent chairside manner with a patient-first approachEffective communicator who thrives in a collaborative environmentCompensation & BenefitsFirst 6 Months: Guaranteed daily rate of $1,800 $2,000 OR 45% of net collections (whichever is higher)After 6 Months: Transition to 45% of net collections onlyEstimated Full-Time Annual Compensation: $350,000 $425,000, depending on productivitySign-On Bonus: $15,000Continuing Education: Annual $3,000 CE allowance to support clinical development and trainingAdditional FT Benefits Include:Comprehensive health insurance optionsProfessional liability insuranceLicensing, credentialing, and administrative supportPaid time off and holidays (if applicable through the support organization)This practice is backed by a dental support organization that focuses exclusively on specialty practices.
