Radiation Oncology Registered Nurse Outpatient (Greenwich, CT) We re seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology RN to join our outpatient cancer care team in Greenwich, Connecticut. This is a Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. schedule (no weekends or holidays). Coordinate and implement patient care plans, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations. Support continuity of care through clear and timely communication with multidisciplinary teams. Educate patients and families about treatments, side effects, and community resources. Administer medications safely, including emergency medications for CT simulations. Ensure compliance with nursing standards, universal precautions, and hospital policies. Provide compassionate support to patients with complex or terminal conditions. Uphold professional nursing ethics and act as a role model for colleagues.
