CRNAs perform some blocks; must be proficient with spinals, blocks, and epidurals.EMR EpicRequired Qualifications Active NC license. AHA certifications only (no exceptions): BLS, ACLS, PALS (NRP as applicable). Case logs required (within the past 2 years).Credentialing / Onboarding Items (must be provided) Credentialing timeframe: 61 - 90 days. NBCRNA board certificate. Education diploma (MSN/CRNA, etc.). Driver's license (color copy) and professional photo. Current CMEs. Immunizations: Hep B, MMR, TDAP, TB (within 12 months), Flu (within 12 months), Varicella.
