Job description General Summary: Provide the full scope of primary care services which fall under his/her field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance to patients two (2) years of age and above in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care. The nurse practitioner is expected to be familiar with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of CareATC and work collaboratively to achieve them.
