NEW Endoscopy Clinical Manager Opportunity Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Schedule: Full-time Days (Mon Fri, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM) Compensation: $96,400 $125,000 annually Incentives: Relocation assistance available Overview:Seeking an experienced Endoscopy Clinical Manager to oversee daily operations of a busy nursing department. This leadership role is responsible for staff management, budget oversight, and driving high-quality patient care and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations Oversee department budgeting, expense management, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Promote staff education, competency, and professional development Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes Drive performance improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts Support efficient patient flow including admissions, transfers, and discharges Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices Qualifications: 2 4+ years of clinical experience (endoscopy or procedural experience preferred) Prior leadership or supervisory experience required Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with ability to manage clinical and financial data Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Oklahoma or compact state) Interested!?
