Job Title: Prescriber Supervisor Location: Tulsa, OKSalary Range: $125,000 $165,000 annuallyJob Type: Full-Time Position Summary The Prescriber Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of licensed prescribers to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality patient care. This role provides clinical leadership, guidance, and supervision while ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, clinical standards, and organizational policies. The Prescriber Supervisor will play a key role in driving clinical excellence, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting provider development. Key Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and leadership to a team of prescribers, including nurse practitioners and/or physician assistantsEnsure prescribers deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining compliance with clinical protocolsMonitor provider performance, productivity, and quality outcomesSupport prescriber onboarding, training, and ongoing developmentCollaborate with leadership to establish and improve clinical workflows and best practicesConduct chart reviews and audits to ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory complianceAssist in resolving clinical issues, escalations, and patient concerns as neededEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations, including prescribing guidelines and controlled substance requirementsProvide coaching and feedback to prescribers to support professional growth and performance improvementParticipate in the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocolsWork closely with clinical operations and administrative teams to improve patient experience and efficiencyMaintain up-to-date knowledge of current medical guidelines and regulatory changesParticipate in meetings, reporting, and leadership initiatives as required Qualifications Active and unrestricted prescriber license in the state of Oklahoma (MD, DO, NP, PA, or applicable license)Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare settingPrevious leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of prescribing regulations and documentation requirementsExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to coach, support, and lead a clinical team effectivelyStrong attention to detail with a commitment to patient safety and quality careProficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising prescribers in a multi-provider clinic or healthcare organizationFamiliarity with quality assurance processes and clinical compliance auditingExperience with controlled substance compliance and prescribing oversightKnowledge of best practices in patient-centered care and clinical operations Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary range of $125,000 $165,000Health, dental, and vision insurance optionsPaid time off and holiday payRetirement plan optionsProfessional development opportunitiesEmployee wellness and engagement programs Work Environment This role is based in Tulsa, OK and may require occasional travel to support additional clinic locations or provider teams.
