About the PositionThis Advanced Practice Provider opportunity focuses primarily on supporting a busy neurosurgery program, with additional opportunities to assist in orthopedic or general surgery cases as needed. The role offers a balanced mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities within a collaborative surgical team.Clinic Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PMSchedule: 36 patient care hours and 4 administrative hours per weekCall: Weekend and daytime call rotation in collaboration with the supervising providerAverage Patient Volume: patients per dayTeam Structure: Work alongside three Advanced Practice Providers in the departmentClinic Days: Typically 2 3 days per week depending on OR scheduleOR Days: Approximately 2 days per week assisting with surgical casesThis position is based at a well-established regional medical center that serves as the primary referral hospital for north-central Idaho and parts of southeastern Washington. The facility offers a full range of surgical and specialty services and has recently invested significantly in facility upgrades, advanced surgical technology, and expanded specialty programs.
