Start Date: As soon as credentialedContract Length: 3 months, ongoing.Shift Details: 9a-7p, 7a-7p and 9a-9p, 30 minute unpaid lunch.Schedule: Monday-Friday work week. No call. No overtime. Need FT coverage. Can look at committed PT.Work Details: Support Staff: Care team model Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time coverage needed. Can look at multiple PT providers to fill FT position. Patients per day: 15-17 cases/day Patient Population/Age: Peds-Geriatric Department Description: Manage complex cases in care team environment. Experience includes but is not limited to: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines and heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma. Will work in a care team model, 100% medically directed. EMR: EPICTravel Logistics: Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and lodgingRequirements: Board Certification: Required License Required: Active WI license. Will accept IMLC providers Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP Minimum Experience Required: 0-3+ years and ability to perform endotracheal intubation, LMA placement and IV insertion.Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
