This state-of-the-art laboratory is seeking a permanent, full-time Point of Care Coordinator. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to Monitors all onsite and off-campus bedside testing Reviews patient test results Tracks quality control and quality assurance Oversees Point of Care proficiency testing Tracks and documents performance improvement Functions as an educator and/or researcher of new test methods and procedures Serves on various committees related to Point of Care Testing Actively participates in monitoring adherence to the compliance of NYSDOH standards as they relate to Point of Care Testing Performs other technical duties as needed
