About the Position Experienced providers only no new graduates.An established Urology team is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing practice in eastern Oregon.Four 10-hour shifts per week for excellent work life balanceNo after-hours call requirementsPractice based at a Level IV Trauma Center and growing Critical Access HospitalAverage patients per dayScribe support availableEpic EMRAdvanced in-clinic technology including:Two point-of-care BK ultrasound machinesOlympus cystoscopy equipmentLaborie urodynamics equipmentThe hospital has recently completed a 96,000-square-foot expansion, significantly enhancing surgical and procedural capabilities. The expansion includes:Five new operating roomsTwo endoscopy suites (with flexibility to convert into two additional ORs)15 pre- and post-op rooms7 PACU baysA modern cafeteria and dining spaceA new OR break room featuring panoramic mountain viewsThese upgrades support continued growth in surgical services and long-term stability for the urology program.
