Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Rural California Description: The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides technical nursing care to Residents within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), working collaboratively with the nursing team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may also assume the role of a charge nurse.
