Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Join a dynamic and supportive healthcare team in Lima, Ohio, where you ll be part of a facility that provides exceptional care and leverages advanced medical technology. We are seeking two skilled CRNAs to enhance our skilled team at a well-established healthcare system. Job Responsibilities: Deliver anesthesia services in a Level II Trauma designated facility. Work alongside a team of 8 CRNAs and 1 MD, ensuring high-quality patient care. Manage patient cases independently, including pre-ops, inductions, and nerve blocks. Participate in a flexible schedule, predominantly 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with options for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts as operationally needed. Handle 2-3 surgical cases per shift and participate in pain management cases one day a week. Intervene in general, MAC, and TIVA cases, with no neonatal surgeries involved. Work with updated anesthesia technology and participate in a robust block program supported by specialized RNs. Qualifications: Board Certified from AANA (required upon start). Active Ohio nursing license (or willingness to obtain). BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (required upon start). NRP certification (highly preferred). DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start). Minimum 3 years of employment experience as a CRNA (preferred). Recent NPDB Self Query Report (required at presentation). License and Certification Requirements: Active Ohio License (required). Board Certification from AANA (required upon start). Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (required upon start).
