Avita Health system is a 3 Hospital system located in central Ohio between Columbus and Cleveland. We are currently seeking to hire the right CRNA, experienced or new graduate due to expansion of surgical services. Openings may including a Chief CRNA opening.We a re a very independent CRNA practice with one Anesthesiologist Director who is pro CRNA. You will be responsible for the placement of peripheral nerve blocks, central lines and A lines when needed. In addition you will complete a pre and post op note. All full time CRNA's will have pre and post op prescriptive authority.We are a bread and butter practice with high orthopedic and general surgical volumes. We additionally provide services for Urology, ENT, Plastics, Bariatric, podiatric, GYN, Spine and limited Vascular surgery. We additionally cover cardiovascular lab and endoscopy suites.We offer either 1099 or W-2 as a choice of employment, regardless all employees are treated equally in call and vacation requests. In addition to the competitive base salary we offer and additional compensation for picking up call. Call is from home with a one hour call back for the main OR and is currently approximately 1:7 for weekdays and weekends. Call back once the day is completed is infrequent. $800 wk day call, $1200 wk end call. Paid post call day off will be written into the contract. Operating room first case start is 0700 and the last case is scheduled and often completed by 5 pm.We offer a tiered vacation system. Initially a new graduate with 0-3 years experience will receive 6 weeks off. Additionally every 3 years you will receive an additional week of vacation up to 10 weeks for 12 years of experience.6 Holidays will be paid in addition to vacation.Vacation Schedule will be as followedYears Weeks:0-3 6 weeks4-6 7 weeks7-9 8 weeks10-12 9 weeksplus weeksAll CRNA model with one Anesthesiologist Director.
