Role OverviewSchedule: 5 a week within Monday to FridayStart off at 10 patients per day and grow to 15 patients per dayProvide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term unitsConduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patientsCommute to a few facilities within a half-hour of RoanokeKey ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric evaluations and assessmentsCollaborate with facility staff to enhance patient careDevelop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosisPrescribe and manage medicationsEnsure timely and accurate documentationRequirementsHold a valid full PMHNP licenseActive VA licenseActive DEA preferred but not requiredExperience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not requireExpected compensation is estimated range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
