Full-Time APRN/PA Gynecology Join Our Tulsa Team!About the Role:We re looking for a skilled APRN/PA to provide exceptional gynecological care in Tulsa, OK. You ll work closely with physicians and our healthcare team to deliver patient-centered services, from assessment to treatment and follow-up care, all within the scope of your practice and SFHS policies.What You Bring:Master s or higher in advanced practice nursing from an accredited program.Valid multi-state or Oklahoma RN license and APRN license with current specialty certification.Prescriptive authority recognized by the Oklahoma BON.0 1 year of clinical experience.Key Skills & Attributes:Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Proven patient care skills and ability to organize multiple tasks.Understanding of healthcare delivery processes in clinical settings.What You ll Do:Provide clinical services including assessments, interventions, and patient care evaluations.Collaborate with physicians, providers, and agencies to ensure coordinated care.Document patient services, care plans, and billing information accurately.Perform procedures, recommend treatments, and educate patients to promote wellness.Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and examinations as appropriate.Initiate and manage drug therapy responsibly.Participate in quality and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with OSHA and HIPAA.Decision Making:Operate confidently in non-routine situations, following general guidance from supervisors.Collaboration:Work closely with patients, families, internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
