Required Skills: Valid state license as a Physical TherapistProven oncology experience with prior management of cancer-related impairments such as pain, lymphedema, fatigue, and functional limitationsStrong proficiency in standard PT modalities (e.g., Estim, USD)Ability to develop individualized, evidence-based exercise programsExcellent patient education and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage patient caseload effectivelyComfort with managing musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular needs across the cancer spectrumNice to Have Skills: Certification or additional training in oncology rehabilitationExperience with diverse age groups beyond adultsFlexibility in patient scheduling and ability to adapt to varied treatment plansFamiliarity with multidisciplinary care coordination with oncologistsPreferred Education and Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programMinimum of 1-2 years of outpatient therapy experience, ideally in oncology settingsPrior experience working in hospital or outpatient clinics such as Cheshire Medical CenterOther Requirements: Oncology-specific experience is mandatory; candidates without this background will not be consideredAvailability to start on or after April 13, 2026Wear scrubs of any color or business casual attire; no open-toe or back shoesNote any scheduled time off at the time of application; requests made post-upload will not be approved (less than 5 days preferred)Compliance with healthcare regulations, including licensure, certification, and facility policiesThis position offers a competitive pay rate of $58.29 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits such as weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, and travel reimbursements where applicable.
