This contract position as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) offers a valuable opportunity to provide one-on-one behavioral support in a school setting located in Lempster, NH. You will collaborate closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement and support individualized behavior plans for students. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students according to established protocols. Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a BCBA. Collect data systematically to monitor student progress and inform treatment modifications. Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment. Communicate effectively with the BCBA and school staff regarding student progress and any concerns. Desired Qualifications: Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Experience working in school-based behavioral settings preferred. Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Strong observational and data collection skills. Understanding of ABA principles and interventions.
