Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Mechanical development equipment operation * Basic measurement and observation techniques * Data recording and spreadsheet management * MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word) * Good Documentation Practices (GDP) * Lab safety and chemical handling awareness Roles & Responsibilities * Support engineers and technicians involved in design, development, and evaluation of surgical devices * Provide logistics support and prepare devices for engineering studies and testing * Operate mechanical development and lab testing equipment * Perform and record basic measurements and observations during testing activities * Record, enter, and maintain test data in spreadsheets and written reports * Conduct monthly lab safety inspections and chemical inventory reviews * Perform quarterly equipment safety inspections * Participate in engineering testing to evaluate reliability and functionality of surgical devices on animal tissue * Assist other labs as needed, including documentation support, scrubbing surgical devices, and preparing animal tissue for testing * Perform additional duties as assigned Salary Range $50,000-$52,000 year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
