The role is remote but requires upto 70% travel. JOB SUMMARY: We're seeking a dynamic, relationship driven sales leader to accelerate our growth across the health benefits ecosystem. As the Regional Vice President (RVP) of TPA & New Business Development, you will be responsible for building and expanding strategic partnerships with TPAs. This is a high visibility, high impact role for a proven business developer who thrives on creating new opportunities, shaping market strategy, and driving net new revenue. The role is remote but requires upto 70% travel. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Build and expand strong relationships across TPA network. * Drive continuous new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities within your region. * Create alignment across the TPA ecosystem to deliver integrated solutions. * Serve as a trusted advisor, nurturing marketplace relationships and representing our value proposition with clarity and confidence. * Respond to client needs by addressing questions, navigating contracts, and resolving concerns with professionalism. * Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, using data driven strategies and disciplined pipeline management. * Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience. * Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements. * Model our company's core values and competencies, contributing to a culture of integrity, innovation, and accountability. * Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals. JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): * Must have 10+ years of progressive business development experience within healthcare or benefits. 5 of those years must have experience working with TPAs, and related partners. * A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving sustained revenue growth. * Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex environments, and execute with precision. * Strong communication skills-clear, persuasive, and confident in both written and verbal formats. * High degree of professionalism, organization, adaptability, and follow through. * Advanced sales, negotiation, and relationship building skills. * Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately. * Working knowledge of Salesforce and comfort with CRM driven pipeline management. * Self motivated, proactive, and able to foster a collaborative, team oriented environment. * Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) to support regional growth. * Strong, ongoing local market intelligence and the ability to cultivate marketplace relationships. * Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web based applications. * Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred; equivalent experience considered. COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $185K to $195K + Commission. Specific offers consider a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
