This position is on-site and located in Ellendale, NDRelocation assistance is not available.Job Description :The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for safely and quickly receiving shipments of new fully loaded racks, decommissioning old racks, movement of devices/racks into and out of critical spaces, usage of hand and power tools to properly install the racks, conducting inventories and audits of materials, and installing devices and or cabling in racks. This is an entry level position and acts as a foot in the door into the data center industry with boundless possibilities for growth. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Moving heavy equipment and materials into and out of critical areasGeneral cabling & installation of equipmentGeneral housekeeping in assigned work areasInventorying and auditing materials and equipmentOther tasks not listed may be assigned for training purposes or to fulfill the general needs of the clientEducation & CertificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Forklift certification (preferred or must be obtained within 30 days of hire)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationExperience2+ years experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control (required)Experience in a mission-critical, industrial, or data center environment (preferred)Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping software, and digital logsMilitary logistics or warehouse experience is an assetSkills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressureBasic computer proficiency (Excel, email, inventory management tools)Clear verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow chain-of-custody and restricted-access protocolsPhysical & EnvironmentalMust be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbsComfortable working in warehouse/loading dock environmentsMay require extended periods of standing, bending, or walkingMust be able to work safely around material handling equipment and power toolsWork ConditionsFull-time shift schedule (may include early starts or rotating weekends depending on operations)Must pass background check and drug screeningMust adhere to all site-specific safety and security protocolsWill be required to wear PPE (steel-toe boots, vest, hard hat, gloves, etc.) as neededSite Location: We operate a 24-hour facility where work hours (shifts) are assigned as needed to ensure job functions are performed satisfactorily, compliance is maintained, and the company operates efficiently. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location.
