This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing daily warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient product flow and on-time order fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in allocating inventory to orders, identifying and resolving operational issues, and managing trailer movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).This position is integral to the success of the distribution center, serving as a central coordination point that enables the facility to operate safely, effectively, and efficiently. The Dispatcher ensures alignment across warehouse, transportation, and production functions, minimizing delays, optimizing throughput, and maintaining service levels. Success in this role requires strong, clear, and timely communication across multiple teams to ensure alignment, minimize disruptions, and sustain operational performance.Additional responsibilities will include:Allocate product to customer and internal orders in alignment with inventory availability and operational prioritiesMonitor and identify potential issues impacting operations, including product shortages, equipment constraints, and scheduling conflictsInitiate and manage trailer movements within the WMS to support efficient dock flow and loading/unloading activitiesCheck trailers in and out of the facility, ensuring accurate documentation and system updatesPerform required quality inspections on inbound products to verify compliance with company and regulatory standardsAct as the central point of coordination for daily operations, ensuring all functions remain aligned and operational flow is maintainedCommunicate proactively and effectively with warehouse, transportation, and production teams to provide updates, adjust priorities, and quickly resolve issuesAnticipate and mitigate operational disruptions to maintain throughput and service performanceMaintain and update controlled documents in accordance with company policies and audit requirementsEnsure all activities are performed in compliance with safety, quality, and operational proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracyPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership to support business needsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferredAbility to communicate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalismStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information across multiple levels of the organizationWorking ConditionsFast-paced warehouse and distribution environmentMay require working flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as neededFrequent interaction with warehouse personnel, drivers, and leadership teamsKey CompetenciesEffective communication and coordinationDecision-making and problem-solvingAttention to detailTime management and prioritizationTeam collaborationAccountability and ownershipThe Perfect Blend: ExperiencePrevious experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or dispatching preferredExperience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) requiredFoundational Ingredients: RequirementsMust be located in Bradenton, FL, surrounding area, or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.Willingness to be onsite at the manufacturing facility on a full-time basisMust be able to perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting/moving items weighing 50 pounds or more.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the futureBenefits TBG is pleased to offer you a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, company provided life, STD and LTD insurance, 401(K), and Pension Plan.
