DescriptionOverviewThe Import/Export Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing daily cross-border logistics operations and ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and international trade regulations. Each brand offers customers a premier selection and exceptional service for all their sportswear needs, from t-shirts and caps to fleece, performance wear, and outerwear.Essential Responsibilities• Coordinate and manage daily import and export shipments between the Pharr warehouse and decoration facilities in Mexico.• Complete, review, and monitor all logistics documentation for cross-border shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Perform data entry and maintain daily and monthly production and shipment reports.• Work with U.S. freight forwarders and customs brokers to prepare export documentation and file required Shipper's Export Declarations (SED).• Create and maintain shipment files and retain documentation in accordance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) regulations.• Manage a high volume of import and export transactions while maintaining accurate records and shipment visibility.• Conduct internal audits of U.S. Customs entries to ensure brokers are accurately reporting transaction data to Customs authorities.• Reconcile imported merchandise against previously exported merchandise to ensure compliance with the "Repair and Alteration" provision and confirm that imported goods were previously exported from the United States.• Implement and maintain security procedures required under the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) program.• Maintain organized filing and record retention for all logistics and customs documentation.• Receive and release export shipments in the warehouse.• Receive supplies and prepare materials for export shipments to Mexico.• Provide general warehouse administrative support, including assisting with receiving and facility access.Minimum Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field preferred.• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, customs compliance, or supply chain coordination preferred.• Working knowledge of import/export procedures and international shipping documentation.• Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations and trade compliance requirements, including CBP documentation and export reporting requirements.• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and cross-border logistics operations preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.• Strong organizational and documentation management skills with a high level of attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed• Bi-lingual-English/SpanishMinimum Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field preferred.• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, customs compliance, or supply chain coordination preferred.• Working knowledge of import/export procedures and international shipping documentation.• Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations and trade compliance requirements, including CBP documentation and export reporting requirements.• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and cross-border logistics operations preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.• Strong organizational and documentation management skills with a high level of attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed• Bi-lingual-English/SpanishEOE/AA: Minorities/Females/Veterans/DisabledReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
