Job Summary:The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for handling final mile, FF&E projects, distribution, and be the main point of contact between Corporate, Client, and Warehouse/Operations. Compensation range is $18-$20/hr depending on experiencEssential Duties and Functions:Handle documentation and communication including but not limited to receiving reports, monthly reporting of product inventory, billing, and scheduling of deliveriesCoordinate moves and handle administrative tasksCoordinate with Account Manager, Warehouse Personnel, and End User to complete tasksReceive, release, document inbound items for OI, Hospitality, and distributing accounts in warehouseOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of company softwareOrganization skillsGood communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office programsRequired Education and Experience:Required: High school diploma or GEDWorking Conditions:Strictly office environment with some warehouse90-95% sitting downComputer use is prevalent, along with telephoneColeman Worldwide Moving Benefits for Employees (not applicable for seasonal employees if not stated):40 hours of VACATION PAY after 1-year employmentArray of voluntary health benefits including but not limited to (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and more)6 paid holidays after 90 days for Full Time employees (Seasonal Included)Referral Bonus ProgramsColeman Worldwide Moving (and affiliated companies) (collectively "CWM") is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
