Warehouse Logistics CoordinatorPay Rate: $23/hrLocation: North Houston, 77060Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMResponsibilities:Coordinate warehouse distribution activities to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levelsManage transportation planning and logistics, including freight and third-party logistics (3PL) providersUtilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP, AS400, or similar to track inventory movements and process data collectionOversee shipping & receiving operations, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory controlMonitor supply chain analytics to optimize demand planning, pricing strategies, and inventory stockingLead initiatives for process enhancement in materials handling, warehouse procedures, and transportation management systems (TMS)Support procurement activities by managing contracts, vendor relationships, and supplier performance evaluationsEnsure compliance with safety standards related to forklift operation and materials handling equipmentQualificationsProven experience in warehouse management, logistics coordination, or supply chain roles with a strong understanding of warehouse distributionProficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms such as SAP or AS400, and transportation management systems (TMS)Knowledge of inventory management techniques including MRP (Material Requirements Planning), demand planning, and inventory controlFamiliarity with freight forwarding processes and shipping & receiving proceduresExperience operating a forklift Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and materials handlingEffective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across departmentsCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
