Come and be one of them.About the RoleThis director-level role oversees end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for cloud infrastructure, managing the sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, delivery and vendor management of:Servers, storage systems, and compute hardware (including AI/GPU infrastructure)Networking equipment (routers, switches, optical components, cables)Memory, semiconductors, and silicon componentsRacks, structured cabling, and physical infrastructureIntegration and other infrastructure servicesKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead global supply chain teams across planning, sourcing, operations, and logistics functionsDevelop and execute global supply chain strategies supporting hyperscale data center growth (GW scale), such as supplier diversification, multi-sourcing strategies etc.Partner with engineering and product teams to influence hardware roadmaps and time-to-market, collaborate with construction and deployment teams to make sure on time delivery of capacity.Manage strategic sourcing relationships with tier-1 suppliers, ODMs, and OEMs, lead executive-level negotiations for multi-year supply agreementsManage supplier lead times, allocation, and priority management across competing demandsOversee global inventory strategy including distribution hubs, VMI programs, and other logistics and warehousing modelsCreate and optimize processes and tools for the above activities in collaboration with program management and software development teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related fieldMBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Operations, or quantitative disciplines strongly preferred10-15+ years progressive supply chain experience, with 8+ years in technology/infrastructure5+ years in leadership roles managing global supply chain teams and operationsProven track record in hyperscale, data center, or high-tech manufacturing environmentsDeep expertise across full supply chain lifecycle: NPI, demand/supply planning, procurement, logisticsSalary & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation package (salary + equity).Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.The base salary range for this position is $230,000- $330,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
