The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAFe methodology, Agile frameworks, and program-level coordination across multiple teams.Required Qualifications:10+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to Agile environments3+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a Program-level Agile roleSAFe Certification (SAFe RTE or SAFe Agilist preferred)Proven experience working as a Scrum Master managing multiple Agile teamsStrong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and KanbanHands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOpsDemonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale, complex Agile programsKey Responsibilities:Facilitate and coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt sessionsAlign multiple Agile teams toward common program objectives and timelinesIdentify, track, and help resolve program-level risks and dependenciesDrive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to SAFe and Agile best practicesCollaborate with Product Management, Business Owners, and stakeholders for program successSupport teams in delivering high-quality increments on time
