You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' experience and contribute to our company's success.  Being on time and good attendance are essential for this role. This position requires weekend and holiday work on a rotating schedule with other team members.  Hours are 8:30 to 5, 8:30 to 7pm on Saturdays.  This position is fully on site, with no remote work.  Employees can expect to work 40 hours a week, generally with days off during the week. Daily Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to the boat marina customers and clientsResolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional mannerProcess payments accuratelyAssist customers with product knowledge and recommendationsHandle complaints and provide effective solutionsOpen and close the Dockmaster's officeCommunicate with internal team membersRequired Skills:At least 2 years of experience with customer service in a face to face environmentAbility to learn and adapt to new systems and processesSelf-starter and motivated to be helpful and knowledgeableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMoney and payment handling skillsData entryAbility to work as a member of a teamTimeliness and good work ethic, being on time is essential for this roleNice to Have Skills:Beginner to Intermediate QuickBooks experienceCustomer Support and Payment Processing knowledgePulling, Resolution, and Complaint Resolution abilitiesTechnical Skills:Microsoft Office suite at an intermediate levelQuickBooks experience is preferredSalary and Benefits:Pay for this position starts at $18/hour with the opportunity for a pay increase after the first 30 days of successful employment.Powered by JazzHR
