Role: Delivery Lead (Banking/Financial services) Location: Charlotte, NC /Plano, TX- Onsite Full Time EmploymentJob Description 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services delivery, with strong focus on payments. Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Program Manager managing large, complex initiatives. Strong understanding of ACH, wire payments, and real-time payments. Experience delivering in Agile / SAFe environments. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Act as the primary delivery contact for business, product, operations, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders. Provide regular delivery status, risk updates, and executive-level reporting. Manage multi-team dependencies in large programs. Lead PI planning, sprint execution, and release planning activities. Partner with Product Owners to ensure clear scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
