This role will supervise and coordinate the accurate and efficient processing of outbound parcel packages and shipments, ensure timely packing, processing, and shipping of products. **Hours: Sunday 6am - 2:30pm and Monday - Thursday 10am - 6:30pm.** **Responsibilities:** + Provide mentorship and direction to team members in proper procedures + Coordinate prompt flow of product from selector staging locations/conveyors to process completion. + Promote safe work practices and resolve all safety concerns as identified + Coordinate work processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy of service + Coordinate communication and feedback to associates on task and performance standards + Conduct counseling, coaching, and performance appraisal as indicated **Qualifications** + 3+ years' management experience in supply chain distribution + Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required + Great communication skills + Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures + Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it + General digital literacy for basic data entry + Forklift Operator experience preferred At Ferguson, we care for each other.
