Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for an Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Flight Assurance) to support one of our aerospace partners on-site in Midland, TX. The Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Flight Assurance) will be a critical role to scaling production of one of their satellite constellations in a high-growth, cleanroom manufacturing environment. Responsibilities for the Associate Manufacturing Engineer include: * Develop and execute quality control processes to ensure safety, performance, and mission reliability of satellite components. * Perform inspections and audits on assemblies and subsystems in cleanroom environments. * Support testing activities (vibration, thermal vacuum) and assist with integration and compliance documentation. * Troubleshoot production issues and support root cause analysis. * Qualify new or modified products through the full production lifecycle. Qualifications for the Associate Manufacturing Engineer include: * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. * 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality engineering environment. * Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Inventor) and basic quality tools (calipers, CMM). * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. * Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
