Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead finance and technology transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and support strategic growth within a complex alternative asset management environment.Must Have 10+ years as a PM Experience leading finance/tech transformation projects Experience managing large-scale initiatives / transformational projects in complex environments Strong stakeholder / executive communication Financial acumen Strong analytical, project management, and change management skillsNice to Have JIRA Power BI Knowledge of Alteryx, Anaplan, OneStream, or similar toolsResponsibilities Support the delivery of finance and technology transformation projects Help manage large-scale initiatives and transformation-related workstreams Coordinate project activities using Agile ways of working from planning through execution Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams across complex environments Assist with initiatives related to finance or technology transformation programs Contribute to efforts to improve core finance processes, including close, FP&A, and reporting Use project management and data tools such as JIRA and Power BI to support project execution#LI-TF1#D480
