The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional service, and driving new business growth.Compensation PackageBase Salary: $48,000 - $52,000 annuallyCommission Structure:Option 1: 20% commission on all new business in addition to base salaryOption 2: 40% commission on new business and 20% commission on renewals (commission earned after meeting salary threshold)Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, acting as a generalist across various industries.Handle end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the best possible solutions.Qualifications/RequirementsLicenses/Certifications: Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance; 2-5 years preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.Soft Skills:Driven and self-motivatedStrong team playerFriendly and approachable demeanor"Get the job done" attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills#LI-MB4
