Position Summary: We are seeking an organized ticket clerk to support our dispatch team in their efforts to coordinate and schedule hauling operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for entering/processing dispatch tickets to support the dispatch team as they dispatch drivers, managing routes, communicating with clients and field teams, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. Responsibilities: · Communicate effectively with team, drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, text, and dispatch software · Maintain accurate records and service documentation · Handle service requests, emergencies, and driver issues promptly and professionally· Collaborate with the dispatch team and customers Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent (required) · Proficient with basic computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, email)· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills · Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Schedule: · Expected hours 40 per week (Monday through Friday, 7-4*) *hours subject to shift slightly based on needs of the dispatch team.
