If Lockbox Specialist sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now! + **Pay:** $18.31 per hour + **Shift:** Friday - Tuesday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM or Wednesday - Sunday; 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Overtime required when needed) **Responsibilities for a** **Lockbox Specialist** **include but are not limited to:** + Performing daily operations on high-speed Opex scanning machines, including routine maintenance, document extraction, and exception identification + Scanning, imaging, and processing customer/client documents received via U.S. mail, overnight delivery, and courier services + Identifying and resolving equipment error messages and escalating issues as needed + Reviewing and processing various transaction types such as cash, credit card payments, foreign items, and complex document formats while ensuring accuracy and compliance **Candidates for** **Lockbox Specialist** **must meet the following requirements to be considered:** + Ability to process high-volume transactions based on documented procedures with strong attention to detail + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, continuous production environment, including prolonged sitting + Adaptable to change with the ability to learn quickly and follow evolving guidelines + Receptive to coaching and able to work independently under general supervision This Lockbox Specialist position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Adecco Branch.
