Quick Servant has three locations in the tri-state area with the main office being located in Columbia, MD.About the RoleWe are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet & Inventory Specialist to support our vehicle fleet and inventory operations. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, fleet coordination, maintenance tracking, or purchasing. You'll play a vital role in keeping vehicles operational, parts inventory accurate, and records up to date.What You'll DoMaintain and manage parts and equipment inventory for company vehicles and toolsPerform inventory audits and ensure accurate tracking and documentationAssist with fleet vehicle transfers, assignments, and internal recordsSupport vehicle maintenance and repair scheduling to minimize downtimeTrack inventory usage, reorder points, and discrepanciesCreate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and inventory databasesCommunicate with internal teams regarding inventory availability and vehicle statusOrganize inventory storage areas and ensure compliance with safety standardsQualificationsExperience in inventory management, purchasing, warehouse operations, or fleet support preferredUnderstanding of inventory control principles and data accuracy best practicesStrong computer skills with Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, reporting)Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to lift and move heavy parts or supplies, as requiredIn addition to top wages, Quick Servant offers a complete benefits package and additional perks including:100% company paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid major holidays.Paid sick leave and vacations.Unlimited opportunities for growth
