ECS is seeking a highly experienced candidate to support their ongoing CH-47F New Equipment Training (NET) Product development program. The candidate must be able to identify and support any new training and/or training system requirements throughout the weapon system life cycle. The successful candidate must be able to apply and perform the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) methodology to the training requirements, aircraft configurations, and critical tasks. Must be able to identify and analyze skills, knowledge, and abilities required to safely operate and maintain the U.S. Army CH-47F Cargo Helicopter standards. The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development of immersive instructional courseware for aircraft systems. This position reports to the designated ECS Program Manager.
