Responsibilities Reporting to the Delivery Director, this role will lead the execution of the Delivery operations in Auburn, WA, Bremerton, WA, Marysville, WA, Spokane, WA, Anchorage, AK, Fairbanks, AK, and Soldotna, AK. As an Area Delivery Manager you will drive activities to achieve cost targets and improve performance in the areas of service, efficiency, safety and capability. The Area Delivery Manager will oversee delivery within an assigned geography and will manage between 7-10 salaried Delivery Team Leads who manage our frontline Drivers. In this role, you will: Oversee the maintenance of detailed documentation and records for all delivery operations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Facilitate the efficient loading and unloading of products at customer locations while implementing best practices. Evaluate product conditions regularly to ensure consistent adherence to delivery standards and addresses any issues promptly. Lead team members in identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency throughout the delivery process. Manage staffing resources and schedules strategically to ensure optimal coverage and maximize productivity. Provide exemplary customer service to strengthen client relationships and proactively addresses any concerns to enhance satisfaction. Oversees the execution of key area processes and initiatives, ensuring methods align with the overall functional and business strategy, exercising flexibility to adapt plans as needed, and mentoring colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.
