Crew Leader Regular Full-Time 1st Shift DSCC Proper, 401 N. Yearling Rd., Whitehall, OH, US Pay: $18.55 per hour Schedule: 40 hours/week- Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Transportation from Newark to job site available!! Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Job Duties: * Supervise, train, direct and assist employees * Monitor and inspect completed work * Address customer questions, concerns, and requests * Ensure compliance with safety rules * Assist with general cleaning tasks * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * 18 years or older * Must have Federal Real ID (Star at top right hand corner on Driver's license or State ID) * Valid Ohio driver's license is a must with current insurance to be insured by company * Supervisory experience is preferred Skills/Abilities: * Computer skills * Meet quality control standards * Meet attendance standards * Operate floor cleaning equipment (training provided) * Good customer service skills Physical Requirements: * Lift up to 35 pounds * Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
