We offer an extremely competitive salary and benefits package as well.POSITION DESCRIPTIONThe Traffic-Control Supervisor will have full responsibility for maintaining a safe work zone, leading Traffic Control Technicians and Flaggers, that ensures that traffic stays out of the way of the workers. This involves setting up and removing temporary cones, signs, variable message boards, and safety barriers that show traffic where to drive, as well as holding up signs that tells traffic to either stop or to proceed slowly through active work zones. The Traffic-Control Supervisor must be constantly aware of both the construction and traffic activity taking place around them, loading, and unloading work zone equipment to and from company vehicles and on the job site. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions; work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed and required. This is a hands-on role, and the qualified candidate must be capable of determining the most effective means to performing the requirements of this position to maximize efficiency and safety for their team and the public.
